Position Summary:
As Senior Sales Director North America, you will lead strategic sales efforts across the US and Canada, focusing on Tier-1 and Tier-2 financial institutions including banks, brokers, and investment firms.
Based ideally in New York, you will be at the heart of the financial industry, positioning our SaaS solutions with a clear understanding of capital markets workflows, digital transformation drivers, and operational needs across the front, middle, and back office. This role offers high visibility, strategic autonomy, and the opportunity to significantly shape our North American growth trajectory.

- Interacts with the Customer Solutions, Marketing, Sales Specialists teams and R&D and Customer Onboarding teams

Key Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market plan and pipeline development across North America, with a focus on strategic new business
- Lead enterprise sales engagements from initial contact to contract signature, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers across business, operations, and technology
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, services, and marketing teams to tailor proposals and ensure value alignment
- Apply structured sales methodology (MEDDIC) to qualify deals, maintain forecast accuracy, and accelerate sales cycles
- Stay current with regulatory, market, and technology trends shaping the North American financial landscape
- Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and client briefings
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a strong focus on financial services or capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to close large, consultative SaaS deals with Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutions
- Strong grasp of financial services challenges, especially in banking and buy-side environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT functions
- Mastery of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish a plus
- Based in New York or willing to relocate; able to travel across North America as needed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Travel: Regular travel across the US and Canada
