To effectively design internal tools that truly benefit the support team, you'll need to immerse yourself in the support analyst role. This means gaining a deep understanding of their daily challenges, workflows, and needs. Your position will be pivotal in bridging the gap between support operations and tool development, ensuring the solutions you create are truly impactful and user-centric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly diagnose, evaluate, and address technical and functional issues.
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Maintain incident logs diligently, driving them to resolution.
- Draft operating procedures and adapt tools to meet requirements.
- Comply with contractual timelines.
- Collaborate with our R&D teams for smooth operations.
- Share insightful feedback to drive product development.
- Beyond support, take initiatives to ideate and execute proofs of concept to streamline operations.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams, assisting in achieving client objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A customer-first approach, adept at managing emergencies.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Familiarity with systems like Linux/Unix and Windows.
- Sound knowledge of object-oriented technologies, particularly Java (framework Spring, Spring Boot and Vue.js)
- Experience with the FIX protocol and JMX Framework is beneficial.
- Previous involvement in electronic trading projects is a plus.
Job details :
Location: Aix en Provence
Bonus: Depending on the diploma + 50% of the Titre Restaurant (meal voucher)
